The Director, Multicultural Business Development will be a key player in driving Epsilon’s growth in the multicultural market by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities. This role is crucial for connecting brands and agencies with tailored solutions that address their multicultural media needs, ultimately enhancing Epsilon’s market presence and revenue. Your schedule will be hybrid, two days a week from our Wacker St. office.
- Work together, win together: This role reports directly to senior leadership within Epsilon, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. On a day-to-day basis, the Director will collaborate closely with internal business development (BD) and creative development (CD) teams, as well as subject matter experts. This collaboration is essential for crafting compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with clients and showcase Epsilon’s capabilities.

Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in multicultural media sales or a hunter role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.
- B2B Business Development: 5+ years of B2B business development experience with a successful close rate, showcasing the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ad Technology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of AdTech, including DMP, DSP, data onboarding, device matching, and third-party ad servers, enabling the Director to effectively communicate Epsilon’s capabilities to clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to diverse and senior business stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed.
