*Salary: *$130-140K with 25% bonus

*What you will be doing:*
* Develop and articulate a comprehensive product strategy for our eCommerce and Industrial portfolio that is aligned with our commitment to sustainability and the evolving needs of the eCommerce and industrial markets.
* Define and prioritize features and enhancements for our paper-based packaging products based on market research, customer feedback, internal and external manufacturing capabilities, and sustainability considerations.
* Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive the development and delivery of innovative paper-based packaging solutions.
* Determine product requirements and key performance specifications to inform the end-to-end product development process for our paper-based packaging products, from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to define requirements, set timelines, and manage the product lifecycle.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and sustainability opportunities in the ecommerce packaging industry.
* Champion the voice of the customer in product development, gathering feedback through customer interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
* Strengthen OEM partnerships by collaborating with relevant OEMs in support of product development and go-to-market strategies.
* Define and track key product metrics related to sustainability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
* Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and executives.
* Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and sustainability trends in the packaging industry.
What you need for this position:
* Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or related field
* 10+ years with a progressive track record of success in product management roles
* Strong industry knowledge of paper-based packaging materials, processes, and sustainability considerations
* Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market research expertise
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Experience leading agile product development teams and working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact through innovative packaging solutions
