As the VP Sales, you will be a key driver in propelling our sales strategy and execution to new heights. This leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is a people manager role, where your leadership will be crucial in developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
This role will be based in Chicago, US.

As our new VP Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to:

You'll have:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

- Experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

- 10+ years in media / sponsorship sales experience
- 4+ years in management
- Must be based in “Chicago”, willing to travel.
