Oracle Soarian Financials Lead Consultant - Annapolis, Maryland
An experienced consulting professional who has at least 6 years of experience working with Soarian Financials or Cerner Patient Accounting solutions, operational industry best practices, multiple business processes, or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment to implement Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle Health methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
As a foundational member of the Revenue Cycle Advisory Services Optimization team, you will assist by analyzing complex business problems and proposing solutions to solve with automated systems in mind. Team members will be passionate about finding efficiency opportunities to provide impactful solutions to solve our customers' challenges. You bring a positive, agile attitude every day and keep scalable processes in mind while providing consistent and measurable feedback.
Responsibilities
- Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs.
- As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user needs.
- Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications.
- Designs details of automated systems.
- Leads the domain-specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions.
- May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- May provide consultation to users in automated systems.
- Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers.
- Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.
- Influences customer leadership in acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting deals.
- Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.

US: Hiring Range: from $86,200 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
