This role is an in-office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is Exempt Salary starting at $175,000-$250,000 plus performance based bonuses, dependent on experience. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain employee retention through supportive culture efforts and engaging environment ambiance.
- Ensure Team lead metrics are met individually and as a team.
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of call center sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call quality, and revenue generation, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for sales team members to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Ensure that all calls meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Provide feedback and coaching to improve call quality.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and incentives to drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and trends to senior management.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and resolution of their inquiries or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the call center and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 7 years experience leading a fast growing sales floor.
- Debt settlement, lending, or other financial services background required.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and increasing revenue.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
