We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Manager to join our Marketing Engine team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong project management skills, a keen eye for quality control, and excellent communication abilities.
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Serve as the automation partner for Digital Marketing Specialist, Marketing Engine deploying all automation campaigns across Zoetis US. Included but not limited to: email creation and deployment, A/B testing, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing Managers to increase the use of audience segmentation, message personalization and A/B testing.
- Responsible for reporting Salesforce marketing cloud metrics and KPIs in presentations and drafting insights for optimization.
- Leverage automation features to streamline campaign workflows and improve efficiency.
- Ability automate lead routing for sales call tools including the use of internal tools; seeking support from additional technical experts where needed.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Proactively share Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and best practices supporting the creation of personalized content and journey building B2B2C.
- Ability to work across teams with a high degree of accountability; strong attention to detail.
- Competent in understanding and articulating the nuances of the marketing automation stack with a hunger to bring new ideas forward.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude known for rolling up their sleeves to get things done, find efficiencies, and demonstrate a "We Are One Zoetis" team player mentality.
- Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment across a complex organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Full accountability for coding emails, landing pages, omni-channel campaigns from creative development to reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, audience builder, and Adobe. This includes writing code, using the marketing engine app, connecting leads into Salesforce and digital tools for lead scoring and reporting.
Collaborating with internal marketing partners to personalize content and journeys and creating campaigns.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist certification is required.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience working in audience builder and Azure, preferred.
- Experience creating omni-channel automation campaigns including journey building.
- Experience working in a highly regulated field, preferred.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools and techniques including but not limited to lead generation and scoring, campaign and content development, and campaign performance analytics.
- 3+ years Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; Additional Certifications preferred.
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Preferred.
- Experience with analytics tools like Adobe Analytics & Target, Facebook Audience Insights, Google Analytics, Tableau.
Physical Position Requirements:
Position is based in Parsippany, NJ; Remote considered.
Travel requirement: less than 20%.
