Position: Medical Science Liaison, Oncology Fellowship Position

Program Overview: POST-DOCTORAL PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY FELLOWSHIP – Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy offers a 1-year Fellowship position in collaboration with Bayer. This Fellowship provides extensive training in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry with a focus on Medical Science Liaison/Oncology.
Responsibilities:
- Build a strong foundational background in the oncology therapeutic area.
- Effectively communicate advanced scientific data on clinical research, disease state awareness, pipeline assets, and therapeutic trends.
- Understand the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role including thought leader engagement planning, mapping, territory management, and relationship development with critical stakeholders.
University-Based Experiences: The Fellowship includes a Professional Development Series, opportunities for collaborative research, publication, teaching, and participation in Rutgers Fellowship committees.
