Our Optimization Services team, part of Commerce practice, connects brands and consumers across all channels. In this position, you will:- Lead sales-related activities on behalf of our brand partners at Target.
- In partnership with the brand, develop and spearhead the Target multi-channel strategy and ensure maximum sales/profitability results.
- Act as a liaison between our brand partner and Target ensuring first class communication.
- Assist in Business Development initiatives.
- Lead sales negotiations on behalf of our brand partners.
- Develop and implement annual promotional/funding strategies.
- Constantly challenge Target with new initiatives + program opportunities that may typically fall outside of the norm.
- Explore complimentary partnerships + cross department opportunities to help drive incremental sales.
- Lead all onboarding efforts for all new brand partners.
- Suggest and build merchandising options.
- Provide strategic guidance around marketing plans for the brand utilizing Target levers (Target Circle, Roundel, TPA, Promotional planning, etc.).
- Understand competitive market data within the category.
- Constantly analyze brand performance and suggest/execute ways to improve.
- Participate in weekly company product/brand evaluation.
Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales experience working directly with Target.
Preferred Qualifications:- Strong understanding of Target systems.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
