Job Description:
Monroe Consulting, an executive recruitment firm, is currently recruiting for a local securities and investment services provider. They have provided a full range of investments & consulting services over multiple financial products including equity, fixed income, derivatives, structure notes, and more to both retail and institutional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare supplementary documents for the application for a license for digital asset business of the operations department (account opening, settlement, asset safekeeping, and call center).
- Set up the back-office system for settlement, asset safekeeping, customer service, and online account opening.
- Collaborate across functional teams within compliance to ensure effective operations in connection with AMLO regulations and The Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Contact and coordinate with banks for financial transactions and NDID for identity verification.
- Define, document, implement, and maintain an efficient operational framework.
- Review data management system reports to meet business objectives.
- Supervise the Operations Department, ensuring delivery of high-quality services to clients.
Requirements:
- Multiple years' experience in financial services industry, preferably in securities business.
- Multiple years' experience in team management.
- Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
- Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
