Job Responsibilities
Provide technical and applications support primarily in pre-sales but also in post-sales situations. Engage in complex technical discussions with customers to understand their needs. Utilize deep knowledge of Spirent products and services to align appropriate solutions based on client needs. Help design solutions and formulate responses to RFx, deliver POC / demos, and present solutions to customers. Liaise closely with engineering, professional services, and tailored solutions teams to address complex customer requests. Grow depth of relationships with customers in the Defence and Automotive markets. Stay abreast of developments in GNSS / PNT technologies and test methodologies. Provide customer feedback on products, services, and process improvements as needed. Work closely with Sales Enablement team to generate application-specific materials.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or another technical field from an accredited university; or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 8 years of work experience which includes 5 years of relevant industry experience with GNSS, PNT or similar technologies.

Familiarity with test automation programming environments including LabView, Matlab desirable.

Self-motivated team player with proven problem-solving skills.

Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.

Ability to communicate technical material clearly, both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work closely with other people to solve challenging problems.

Experience using GNSS Test Equipment and/or GNSS receivers is a plus.

Travel may be required up to 25%
