Title: Director, Product Marketing

The Role
As the Director of Product Marketing, you are the author and leader of how Unlock Health’s products are positioned and sold in the market. You are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive market awareness, demand, and adoption of our proprietary and white-labeled products.
The ideal candidate must be healthcare-savvy, have a deep understanding of product development, and be a great listener. They should also possess a clear POV on how services and technologies come together to create differentiated value in this rapidly evolving environment. We’re looking for a team builder, but also a team player, and that means you’ve got to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, too.
What You’ll Do
Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Define and communicate clear, compelling, and differentiated value propositions for our healthcare technology products; HRA, ROI Insights, Privacy Pro, and other future software products TBD.
- Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all marketing collateral and channels.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and features based on market needs.
Sales Enablement
- Partner with sales teams to develop tools, training, and resources that enable them to effectively sell our software products.
- Provide sales teams with the necessary materials, including presentations, demos, case studies, and competitive analysis, to win deals. We’ll also want you on deck to provide demos and product overviews during a sales pitch if we’re in a pinch.
Demand Generation
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns that drive awareness and interest in our products.
- Collaborate with the VP of Corporate Marketing to create content, webinars, and events that generate leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Client Product Advocacy
- Lead the creation and ongoing management of Unlock Health’s Voice of Customer Program for key products.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to gather feedback, success stories, and testimonials related to Unlock’s technology products.
Ideal Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and services industry dynamics, trends, and challenges.
- Demonstrated experience in product development, product management, and positioning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver impactful presentations.
- Proficient in leveraging digital marketing channels and tools to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
