Position Summary
Are you a resourceful, digitally savvy, and an insight driven marketer? Can you juggle relationship management with marketing plan development? We need the right candidate who will partner with division teams and collaborate with marketing team members to meet Healthcare division goals. You will establish marketing strategies and tactics to drive demand generation, engagement, and results. This includes but is not limited to strategic omnichannel planning and execution to grow audience database size and engagement. You will be immersed in all facets of marketing, from content development to website metrics to launch of new services and products, to name a few. Got specific marketing skills? Essential Functions
- Create omni-channel campaigns that leverage organic/paid media channels, search engine marketing, PR and other vehicles
- Leverage and maximize email channel – create journeys and email flows that drive engagement, foster email performance metric growth, and minimize email attrition
- Develop value propositions and proof points to address target needs
- Build plans and communicate with key stakeholders for feedback
- Build and manage annual audience development budgets and strategic marketing plans based on defined objectives for assigned targets
- Development of marketing plans that align with overarching strategic objectives, brand dynamics and audience insights
- Drive the development of brand positioning, narratives, and content storytelling to drive content development plans across formats
- Manage the creation of all promotional marketing materials
- Be accountable for measuring, reporting and provide ROI on campaign results – and provide regular analyses and insight reports on marketing performance
- Work with division to understand Audience insight, including market segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- measurement plan with KPIs to track performance of brands, campaigns and channels
Additional Functions
- Manage external vendor partners
- Ensure strict adherence to budget
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and ensure compliance with NJII brand and style
- Identify areas for process improvement, i.e., workflows and collaboration
- Knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
Prerequisite Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing required. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience managing a team is a plus
- Must have growth mindset and ability collaborate across stakeholders
- Marketing Automation experience is a plus
- SEO/Google Search Console experience is a plus
- Great problem-solver
- Self-motivated and autonomous with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with stakeholders of all levels (including Executives)
