Job Summary
The Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager will join a team focused on bringing ZOLL products to market in the growing public safety markets. This includes AEDs, trauma kits and software solutions. You will be responsible for driving and reinforcing ZOLL's Public Safety portfolio of products value proposition, building sales collateral, tools and enablement strategies. You will be the expert in the segment providing strategy recommendations and insights cross functionally. This role involves ownership and project management of product marketing initiatives, working closely with other members of marketing, global sales and Product Management. You will lead and build a small team, providing regular coaching and oversight to ensure product messages, and strategies are executed. Strong experience in product marketing, messaging and innovative content development within a B2B space is essential.
Essential Functions
- Connect market, technology and competitive trends with ZOLL products to build product positioning and messages to highlight differentiation in the market.
- Own the product narrative. Drive positioning and messaging to ensure it comes to life across sales, marketing and all other channels globally.
- Lead product launches to develop pricing and segmentation strategies.
- Work closely with sales, distribution and other internal and external team members as the subject matter expert. Regularly assist with trainings, competitive expertise and large tender opportunities.
- Develop value analysis tools including calculators, guides, presentations and competitive comparison to assist the field and business partners.
- Interface regularly with field sales and distributor partners globally to help facilitate education and product expertise.
- As a senior member of the marketing team, be an expert collaborator and owner of global product marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with global constituents to align on goals, plans, activities and content required to meet the needs of diverse regions.
- Manage a small team providing mentoring and coaching to ensure business goals meet and exceed plans.
Required/Preferred Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of product marketing in consumer medical, high tech B2B or medical devices preferred
- Experience working with distribution channels
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated experience in creating product positioning, training and a host of other sales tools to the field and distribution.
- Ability to derive key insights from data sources and convert them into concrete selling tools and action plans.
- Ability to prepare and deliver high quality presentation to all levels of the organization.
- Strong objection handling and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to influence the actions and decision making of others.
- Highly motivated individual with energy, enthusiasm and passion for fostering internal and external relationships.
- Detail oriented with proven ability to drive multiple projects forward.
Travel Requirements
- Travel within North America and select markets; 20-30% annually
