About The Role
Franki’s Product team is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Monetization and Growth. This person will spearhead monetization and growth initiatives for our product offerings, primarily focusing on developing innovative monetization strategies within the app and enhancing value for business clients. The right person for this role can own the strategic oversight of in-app monetization features such as programmatic advertising, in-store purchases, through to Subscription offerings. If you are someone who can collaborate extensively with the CEO, CPO, and Head of Sales to develop and execute a product roadmap aligned with our strategic revenue goals, then this is a great role for you.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary liaison between product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive effort and communication.
- Organize regular cross-departmental meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and align strategies.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaborative problem solving to facilitate the successful rollout of product initiatives.
- Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide future product development phases and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Monitor product compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards applicable to the industry and regions of operation.
- Stay updated on new regulations and industry best practices to ensure the product's adherence and competitive edge.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential legal and operational risks associated with new product features or markets.
You might be a good fit if you have...
- A minimum of 5-7 years of product management experience, with a proven track record in B2B environments, ideally within local business hospitality or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience in building ad platforms and managing financial products is crucial.
- Experience building zero to one products, or experience leading large zero to one features.
- Experience leading or being involved in monetization.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems, programmatic advertising platforms, and cross-platform integration projects.
- Proficient in data analytics and user experience design.
- Experienced with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Bonus points if you have...
- Experience growing marketplace or consumer focus products.
- Machine learning experience, playing a non-technical but lead role in feature development.
The salary range for this role is...
- $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 a year.
Perks & Benefits
- Remote work: Our team works remotely across the US but primarily PST time zone; we travel together several times a year for company kick-offs and mid-year meetings.
- PTO: 15 days per year, plus additional PTO between Christmas and the end of the year (25th Dec - 31st Dec). Additionally, we recognize 11 public holidays per year.
