Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of features that drive user retention and growth for our user-generated content (UGC) platform. This role will focus on data-driven insights, user engagement, and strategic roadmap management. Experience in gaming and community building is preferred.
This is a hybrid role based in Los Altos, CA, requiring in-person collaboration three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Collaborate with teams to deliver on the product roadmap.
- Analyze user trends and data to inform product decisions.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and content creation initiatives.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to enhance user experiences.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in product management with a user-focused approach.
- Prior experience in gaming or UGC platforms.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
