Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine is seeking an open rank Orthopaedic surgeon with subspecialty training in trauma and arthroplasty.
Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and Wake Forest University School of Medicine’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Rehabilitation is seeking a full-time faculty partner joining an established trauma and arthroplasty team in Winston Salem.

The selected individual will be actively involved in both inpatient and outpatient duties with education and research including:
- Candidate is able to treat conditions related to Orthopaedic trauma and arthroplasty.
- Orthopaedic resident and fellow (trauma and arthroplasty) teaching, clinical and laboratory research opportunities required.
- Call expectations in alignment with other orthopaedic surgeons not to exceed 4-6 nights per month general orthopaedic call at a level one trauma center.
- Patient care in a busy trauma and arthroplasty practice in Winston Salem, North Carolina with potential additional locations to be mutually determined.
- 4 trauma faculty and 6 arthroplasty faculty partners in Department with over 90 faculty in Department.
- APP and clinical support provided.
- Eligible for NC Medical License.
- Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery with fellowship training in trauma and arthroplasty.
