Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation in various legal proceedings, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing law in Medical Malpractice and/or Healthcare Litigation.
- Strong litigation skills in resolving complex disputes.
