Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a mid-level associate to join our Complex Disputes and Government Investigations & White Collar Defense practice groups in our Long Island, NY office. Our team has extensive experience representing clients at every level of the judicial system, in international forums, and in mediation, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal investigations and manage broad litigation cases.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Research and draft pleadings.
- Handle court appearances and large-scale document productions.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent client service.
Qualifications:
- Three to six years of broad litigation experience.
- Experience in internal investigations, depositions, research, drafting pleadings, court appearances, and document productions.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Judicial clerkship experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Superb judgment and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent client services.
Salary: The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $190,000 to $240,000, in accordance with applicable Federal and State laws. In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on factors such as work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
