This soon to be iconic 120 room boutique houses three distinct food & beverage outlets, King Tide, a rustic and refined take on Pacific northwestern cuisine, Open Forum, a progressive rooftop bar, and a modern juice bar.
The hotel is managed by Aparium Hotel Group, known for its ability to combine business acumen with the charm of boutique hotels.

THE ROLE
We are in search of a diverse leader for the role of Director of Finance, responsible for promoting GAAP compliance, AHLA Uniform System of Accounts alignment, and human resources practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Reinforce company's ideologies
- Lead accounting and finance procedures
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Develop and implement procedures
- Provide financial analysis
- Administer legal and finance compliance
- Oversee financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with Hotel Management Agreement
- Advise management on tax code revisions
- Participate in hiring and training
- Create a respectful workplace environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Background in hotel accounting
- Experience in leading human resources practices
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Salary Range: $130,000-$150,000
