Clearance:
Role Overview
As a Senior CNE Software Engineer, you will be involved in the design, development, and testing of application software to fulfill unique requirements. You will build applications using a specified programming language per the Government.
General Skillset
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
- Critical Thinking Skills
- Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
Specific Skillset
- Proficiency in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, and binary exploitation.
- Proficiency in CNE tool development, including covert communications, and system interrogation.
- Proficiency in the development of Android mobile applications in preferred.
- Strong Background in computer networking.
Requirements:
Education & Certifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- ACTP or other CNO Developer training is preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 6+ years' experience programming CNE tool development and systems interrogation
- 6+ years’ experience with functional, procedural, or object-oriented programming (C, C++, Java/Kotlin)
- 4+ years' experience developing Android applications using Android Studio or similar build tools and IDEs
- Experience developing complex programs in a collaborative environment following software development paradigms
- Experience implementing software life cycle management (requirements, design, develop, test, validate, deploy)
- Experience with static and dynamic reverse engineering preferred
- Experience with vulnerability research preferred
- Experience with binary analysis of executables preferred
