Our highly rated medical aesthetic practice in Portland, OR is looking for a driven, organized, and professional Aesthetic Consultant to serve our patients and support our medical aesthetic injectors. Responsibilities of this position revolve around creating a world-class experience by developing relationships with our patients and sharing top-quality, product education.

Other responsibilities include:

Answering the telephone
Scheduling patients
Patient education on treatment plans
Following office policies and procedures
Maintaining a clean clinical area and waiting room

The right candidate will demonstrate a great attitude as they’ll be expected to ‘wear a number of hats’. Saturdays (8:30-1:30) may be required.

Education and Experience:

Experience in 1 year of RETAIL is preferred
Medical practice experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Passion for skincare products.
Passion for the facial aesthetic marketplace.
Experience in delivering great customer service.
High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
Warm and engaging personality.
Understanding of skin anatomy, or willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers.
Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to educate patients on skincare (benefits, ingredients and usage) and assist them in developing a customized regimen based on their specific needs.
Ability to work as a team member.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Empathetic with patient needs and concerns.
Ability to anticipate provider needs regarding patient treatment.

Job Type: Full-time, in-person

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
