Our highly rated medical aesthetic practice in Portland, OR is looking for a driven, organized, and professional Aesthetic Consultant to serve our patients and support our medical aesthetic injectors. Responsibilities of this position revolve around creating a world-class experience by developing relationships with our patients and sharing top-quality, product education.
Other responsibilities include:
- Answering the telephone
- Scheduling patients
- Patient education on treatment plans
- Following office policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean clinical area and waiting room
The right candidate will demonstrate a great attitude as they’ll be expected to ‘wear a number of hats’. Saturdays (8:30-1:30) may be required.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in 1 year of RETAIL is preferred
- Medical practice experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Passion for skincare products.
- Passion for the facial aesthetic marketplace.
- Experience in delivering great customer service.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
- Warm and engaging personality.
- Understanding of skin anatomy, or willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to educate patients on skincare (benefits, ingredients and usage) and assist them in developing a customized regimen based on their specific needs.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Empathetic with patient needs and concerns.
- Ability to anticipate provider needs regarding patient treatment.
Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
