Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales.
Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments.
Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.

Qualifications:

Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information.
Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis.
Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Completes tasks quickly and efficiently.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $200,000 yearly
