Responsibilities:

Attend phone appointments with property owners, build trust, and close the deal
Keep track of your goals and daily metrics
Attend daily training and continuously sharpen your skills
Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
Follow-up with leads to increase sales

Qualifications:

Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

Compensation:

$96,000 - $115,000 yearly
