X-ray technologist needed for a rapidly growing mobile x-ray company. We provide excellent diagnostic services for nursing homes, assisted living centers, detention centers, and private homes. A company car is provided!

Responsibilities:

Performs radiological diagnostic exams with the comfort, safety and privacy of the patient being a top priority
Positions and assists with transferring patients for x-ray exams
Operates equipment as needed and ensures proper use of handling all equipment
Provides radiation protection in accordance with NC radiation safety standards and ensures that individual rooms are sealed and properly prepared
Practices good hand washing techniques and wears appropriate PPE when required
Ensures proper paperwork (Dr. order/ facesheet) is turned into the call center in a timely manner
Able to utilize cell phone, laptop and wifi devices

Qualifications:

Associate degree for Radiologic Technologist and ARRT registered
Must have a valid driver's license
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have excellent organizational and time utilization skills
Able to repeatedly load and unload the equipment (Approx. 40-50 lbs)
Able to drive for long periods of time
