Role Summary:

A Tax Accountant with the ability to communicate and lead other team members, prioritize work, cultivate and connect with clients. This full-time position is on site in Claremore, OK with hybrid, flexible schedule options available. The annual salary starts at $76,354.00 and increases depending on job-related skills, knowledge and experience. The role is eligible for a discretionary bonus, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Complex individual and entity tax return preparation and review
Income tax research, planning and calculation of estimated tax payments including required disclosures for reporting
Supervision and reviewing of compiled financial statements
Management of personnel
Pursuit of practice areas for expansion

Required Skills & Qualities:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting
CPA/EA designation preferred
3-7+ years tax experience
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Ability to prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to assist other team members and ensure they have the tools needed to be successful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,354.00 - $95,000.00 per year
