Job Description:

Premier printing organization with multiple locations is searching to hire a Large Format Production Manager to oversee sign fabrication and installation at its Utah facility. Responsibilities include:

Overall management of sign manufacturing and installation areas.
Schedule and assign workloads to ensure jobs are completed on time meeting and/or exceeding client expectations.
Evaluate production processes to identify any issues and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce downtime, errors, etc.
Provide proper training to new and existing employees to improve their skills and overall performance.
Keep accurate production records and report on Key Performance Indicators to management.
Take part in the development of budgets and forecasts as related to production operations.
Employee development.
Create and implement cross-training programs so each function has a backup.
Engage and encourage employees to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications include:

Minimum of 7 - 10 years' leadership experience in the large format digital printing industry; manufacturing and sign installation.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to foster a positive work culture and engage employees.
Proficient in MS Office.
