General Summary
The Project Accountant reports to the Accounting Manager and supports the group in accounting.

Essential Duties

Review and process consultant invoices.
Resolve outstanding issues with vendors/consultants.
Process selection of payments for consultants and vendors.
Review and process billing invoices, addressing any discrepancies.
Generate field reports.
Complete project setup.
Review and correct project budgets and set up for accurate revenue generation.
Assist the Project Manager and other team members as needed.
Provide help on special tasks requested of the department and requests from the field.
Process contracts for consultants and clients.
Prepare deposits and process cash receipts.
Provide support for all accounting managers as needed.
Close project/tasks after completion for revenue earnings.
Maintain accounts receivable to prevent aging.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred experience with Deltek Vision software.
