Morris & Dickson is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to add to our team! In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in driving our Financial Planning and Analysis efforts, contributing to strategic decision-making through in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate key financial metrics, streamline budget processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Typical duties would include:

Providing support for all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities
Assist with preparing the month-to-month forecasts and the annual budget
Maintain financial/budgetary data, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the organizations financial status
Update monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership team
Identify and research budget variances, communicating with multiple departments in the organization collaboration skills are a must
Ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by senior management
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to produce high quality reports with consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
Financial modeling knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal and listening communications skills
General knowledge of SQL and Power BI would be a plus
Time-management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and flexibility to adjust priorities

Education/Experience:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field of study required
2+ years in an FP&A, Accounting, or similar role
Advanced Excel skills required

Schedule:Monday - Friday (Onsite)

Salary:$70k - $90k
