Morris & Dickson is seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Analyst to add to our team! In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in driving our Financial Planning and Analysis efforts, contributing to strategic decision-making through in-depth financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate key financial metrics, streamline budget processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Typical duties would include:
- Providing support for all Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities
- Assist with preparing the month-to-month forecasts and the annual budget
- Maintain financial/budgetary data, ensuring it is up-to-date and accurately reflects the organizations financial status
- Update monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages and presentations for senior leadership team
- Identify and research budget variances, communicating with multiple departments in the organization collaboration skills are a must
- Ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by senior management
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to produce high quality reports with consistency, accuracy, and completeness.
- Financial modeling knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and listening communications skills
- General knowledge of SQL and Power BI would be a plus
- Time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and flexibility to adjust priorities
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field of study required
- 2+ years in an FP&A, Accounting, or similar role
- Advanced Excel skills required
Schedule:Monday - Friday (Onsite)
Salary:$70k - $90k
