Job Description:

The Accounting Manager position entails numerous financial tasks within the accounting department. This position requires a very detail-oriented person who is task focused.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
Help Create and maintain a budget
Work closely with other departments to handle requests
Fixed Asset Management
General Ledger Account Analysis and Reconciliation
Bank and other account daily and monthly Reconciliations
Managing Accruals and Prepaids
Various financial responsibilities across the company
Reporting as required by Controller

Qualifications:

A high school diploma is required. College courses in business, accounting or related field are preferred. Can be substituted for 5+ years demonstrated experience in an accounting related position with increased responsibilities.

Skills:

Experience with QuickBooks highly valued specifically, QuickBooks Online.
Displays proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Must demonstrate personal accountability in prioritization.
Must be very detail oriented and organized.
Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship.
Must be professional in attire and actions when representing 360 Broadband and the 360 brand.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

Physical Requirement:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
