Job Description:
The Accounting Manager position entails numerous financial tasks within the accounting department. This position requires a very detail-oriented person who is task focused.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight
- Help Create and maintain a budget
- Work closely with other departments to handle requests
- Fixed Asset Management
- General Ledger Account Analysis and Reconciliation
- Bank and other account daily and monthly Reconciliations
- Managing Accruals and Prepaids
- Various financial responsibilities across the company
- Reporting as required by Controller
Qualifications:
A high school diploma is required. College courses in business, accounting or related field are preferred. Can be substituted for 5+ years demonstrated experience in an accounting related position with increased responsibilities.
Skills:
- Experience with QuickBooks highly valued specifically, QuickBooks Online.
- Displays proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Must demonstrate personal accountability in prioritization.
- Must be very detail oriented and organized.
- Must demonstrate the ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship.
- Must be professional in attire and actions when representing 360 Broadband and the 360 brand.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirement:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
