You Will Make an Impact By:

Managing the day-to-day operations of the coding, credentialing and contracting teams.
Monitoring coding processes to minimize errors and optimize revenue capture.
Analyzing contract performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
Recommending strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance by monitoring reimbursement rates.
Developing and implementing team standards and best practices.
Building and fostering a positive team environment and promoting a positive work culture and experience.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members for continued growth and success.
Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.

You Have:

An associate degree in Health Information Management or a related field. Bachelors degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience working in a business office or revenue cycle environment
Previous healthcare leadership experience desired
