You Are:

You Will Make an Impact By:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the coding, credentialing and contracting teams.
- Monitoring coding processes to minimize errors and optimize revenue capture.
- Analyzing contract performance and identifying opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Recommending strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance by monitoring reimbursement rates.
- Developing and implementing team standards and best practices.
- Building and fostering a positive team environment and promoting a positive work culture and experience.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members for continued growth and success.
- Participating in annual performance reviews by providing feedback and identifying development needs and opportunities for staff.
You Have:
- An associate degree in Health Information Management or a related field. Bachelors degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience working in a business office or revenue cycle environment
- Previous healthcare leadership experience desired
