Core Responsibilities:

Respond to internet, live chat and phone inquiries promptly using phone, email and texting to generate sales appointments
Logdaily sales lead activities in the CRM and follow up with customers who are not ready to make an appointment
Convert visitors into customers by understanding their needs and pairing them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle
Conduct professional demonstrations of vehicle features and organize test drives
Educate potential buyers on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
Assist customers with the completion of sales and financing paperwork
Deliver sold vehicles and follow-up with buyers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

1+ year(s) of successful automotive sales experience is required
Experience generating sales leads online and over the phone is strongly preferred
Proficient computer skills including data entry, typing, internet usage and the ability to learn and utilize new technology
A demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
The ability to think from the customer’s perspective to understand objectives and respond thoughtfully
Bilingual in verbal and written English and Spanish is a plus!
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment

We are open Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturdays 8am to 8pm. We ask that all candidates have open availability to work during these business hours. We offer a 5-day workweek, and we are closed all Sundays. This is an onsite position, and requires working with customers in person as well as online and over the phone.
