Responsibilities:

Assist in interviewing and hiring
Onboarding new hires
Hold and lead orientation for new hires
Lead Fun Committee
Ensure staff wear proper uniform and follow policies, working with appropriate department heads where necessary
Ensure employees' files are compliant

Minimum Requirements:

Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public.
Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to multi-task.
Prior experience in Human Resources within a nursing center or healthcare setting.
Payroll experience. Run payroll reports and audits to assist in ensuring budgetary means.
Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
