Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Duties:

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, food preparation, and presentation.

Coordinate catering services for events, including banquets and special occasions.
Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in kitchen management or food service operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Experience in catering services and banquet management is preferred.
Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale technology is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food management practices.
Previous experience in cash handling is required.
