Job Description

What You'll Do

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Lead / Transformation Architect with a strong background in networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our technology transformation initiatives, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. This role demands a visionary leader who can design and implement cutting-edge solutions that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural blueprints that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Networking and Infrastructure: Design robust and secure networking and infrastructure solutions that support high availability and performance.
Cloud Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient cloud architectures, leveraging platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Technology Transformation: Drive technology integration and transformation initiatives during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet organizational needs.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all architectural designs and implementations are well-documented and comply with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

Who You Are

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with a strong focus on networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable network and infrastructure solutions.
Strong understanding of technology integration and transformation during mergers and acquisitions.
Experience in managing technology-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record of technical leadership and team mentorship.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar are highly desirable.

The TECH Stuff

Experience in the financial services or technology sectors.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
