This role as a Consulting Product Analyst WFH exists to support HCA Healthcare’s Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation projects and provide leadership to achieve programmatic goals. In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Support development of new post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing care modules
Collaborate with business owners to translate technology needs into system requirements
Prepare system development artifacts such as requirements, analysis, process flow, and documentation
Partner with ITG development and QA resources
Apply post-acute care CMS regulatory updates to product design
Perform and document functional and unit testing
Lead enterprise deployment of technology through configuration, testing, and training
Optimize software usage across programs
Streamline operations to enhance service delivery
Coordinate new interface deployments and assist integration strategies
Provide tier 2 and 3 customer support
Take ownership of responsibilities and work towards accomplishing goals
Assist management in task prioritization and ensure project dates are met
