Responsibilities:

Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status to maintain our good customer service standing.
Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price.
Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents.
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
Lead follow up.
Database campaigns.
Set listing appointments.
Execute appointments.
Close listings.
Leverage listings.
Sales scripts mastery.

Qualifications:

One year of work experience in real estate.
Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry.
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
Real estate license required.
Commission opportunity.
Sales experience.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions.
