Responsibilities:
- Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status to maintain our good customer service standing.
- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price.
- Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price.
- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents.
- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service.
- Lead follow up.

- Sales scripts mastery.
Qualifications:
- One year of work experience in real estate.
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry.
- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
- Real estate license required.

Compensation:
$80,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions.
