Key Responsibilities

Direct the overall management and strategic direction of hospice clinical services.
Establish, implement, and assess objectives for hospice services to ensure alignment with quality standards and company values.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and service delivery.
Oversee planning and budgeting concerning staffing ratios and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with all quality assurance and performance improvement regulations.

Proven experience in hospice operations management.

Qualifications

A minimum of 3-5 years of recent hospice experience is required.
At least 1-2 years in a management position within hospice services (e.g., Clinical Manager, Director of Nursing).
Experience working within an interdisciplinary team framework.
Must possess a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and hold a current state RN license.
