Key Responsibilities
- Direct the overall management and strategic direction of hospice clinical services.
- Establish, implement, and assess objectives for hospice services to ensure alignment with quality standards and company values.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and service delivery.
- Oversee planning and budgeting concerning staffing ratios and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure compliance with all quality assurance and performance improvement regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience working within an interdisciplinary team framework.
- Must possess a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program and hold a current state RN license.
