The Associate Director, Actuarial Analytics/Forecasting analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. Establishes metrics, provides data analyses, and works directly to support business intelligence. Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends to forecast the organization's short, medium, and long-term financial and competitive position. The Associate Director requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across departments.
The Associate Director ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls around the flow of data. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues, troubleshoots problems, conducts root cause analysis, and develops cost-effective resolutions for data anomalies. Responsibilities include oversight and ownership of modeling and assumption setting supporting value-based relationships, reporting for expected provider performance, and supporting reporting and strategy associated with these areas.

Required Qualifications
- FSA or ASA plus relevant advanced degree, extensive work experience, and/or other relevant professional designations
- MAAA
- Demonstrated leadership capability, has led sizable staff before
- Experience in leading other human capital leaders
- Strong Communication Skills
- Experience in more than three functions (e.g., modeling, pricing, rate filing, reporting & analysis, reserving or trending) and more than one product.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
Pay Range: $153,500 - $211,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based upon company and/or individual performance.
