Job Description
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join our Building Products Team. In this role, you'll leverage your analytical skills to streamline work processes, enhance employee experiences through technology, and directly contribute to our organizational growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Analysis and Strategy
- Partner with stakeholders to understand their goals and assess evolving business ideas
- Analyze operations and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Review key business metrics and devise improvement plans
Process Improvement
- Document processes and procedures, identify gaps, and suggest enhancements
- Bridge the gap between technology and business goals using data analytics
- Manage quality control and user testing to ensure the validation and quality of changes
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Establish connections with technology vendors and stay abreast of system developments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years of professional work experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Experience with project management methodologies
