We are seeking an Audit Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Audit practice, able to be based in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:
- Team leadership and development of team members.
- Develop client relationships to effectively manage engagements.
- Workpaper review and feedback.
- Resolve significant client issues.
- Prepare billing and monitor collections.
- Engagement management, communication, tracking, and oversight.
- Filling in engagement team gaps including performing complex audit areas.
- Participate in scheduling and management of resources.
- Actively involved in firm initiatives.
- Use or develop audit skills associated with the development life cycle of a LIHTC entity.
- May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 7+ years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience.
- CPA.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
- 4+ years of supervisory experience.
