Your Mission You will be tasked to partner with various teams to provide insights and drive decision making in order to help the business grow. You will be primarily responsible for planning, budgeting and forecasting of top-line and operating expenses. Your role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence by partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders and leveraging financial insights.
Success in the role requires strong business acumen and understanding of business strategy and business model, attention to detail, strong communication skills, great analytical skills and modeling abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within the team and cross-functionally with other departments. As a high-growth company, you must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Partner with the business to provide insights and drive decision making to help the overall business grow.
- Drive the understanding of historical financial performance and forecast future results.
- Drive annual budget/planning process and reforecasts.
- Analyze financial performance, track key performance indicators, and provide insights on trends (top line and OPEX), strategies, and profitability.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and various strategies.
- Provide financial guidance and insights on resource allocation, investment decisions, and business expansion opportunities.
- Communicate results and forecasts to executive/leadership team.
- Support regular financial pacing to understand business trends in real-time versus expectations and forecasts.
- Synthesize data to draw insights ensuring that all variances are challenged and understood.
- Contribute to on-time monthly and quarterly forecasts and reporting through analysis and insightful support.
- Collaborate with other finance and business teams, which may include Corporate FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, Sales Operations, Services, other functions as needed.
- Work with systems, which may include ERP, CRM, BI tools, to increase accuracy and efficiency.
- Create reports and presentations for company leadership.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis that is actionable to support decision making and reporting.
What you'll bring to the team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics; MBA a plus.
- 7+ years of combined experience in FP&A, other finance functions, investment banking, equity research, consulting, or other relevant field.
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint with proven experience in building financial models and managing complex data.
- Deep analytical capabilities and project management skills.
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and a collaborative approach.

Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base salary range for this position is between $138,750 and $208,125. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
