Description
We are seeking a qualified Business and Financial Management Support Analyst to join our team, providing essential support to various organizations within the WJHTC. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, enhancing, and maintaining internal and external functionalities, aligning with Program Office requirements. This role involves data entry of budgets and financial reports, drafting justifications for various funding programs, and providing comprehensive business, financial, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) for the FAA WJHTC Program Office.
- Provide day-to-day business and administrative support to the FAA WJHTC Management Team and Program Directorates.
- Collect and analyze data to assess organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Monitor, track, and report on organizational and programmatic performance trends.
- Develop strategies for the rapid application of new technologies and procedures.
- Assist in the evaluation of budget estimates, financial data validation, and tracking budget-related recommendations.
- Participate in and support meetings, conferences, and forums for the FAA WJHTC Program Offices and other external activities.
- Provide administrative support, including correspondence, inventory tracking, and preparation of technical writing and graphical reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines by developing and coordinating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Recommend improvements to address deficiencies in business performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 24 semester hours, in any combination, of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management.
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Must possess experience working with Microsoft Office Suite. Microsoft product experience should include proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint at a minimum.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior federal government experience is a plus.
Salary Range: $55,000-70,000 Depending on Experience
