Account Growth Managers generally earn $60k within their first year on the job. The best part is that you have the ability to earn unlimited commission, so you'll control your own income. We will provide you with a fast ramp-up period, so you can start earning commission within your very first month!

Responsibilities:

Ability to handle a heavy volume of inbound phone calls from prospects.
Ability to stay organized and follow up so that closing deals happens naturally

Hybrid Work Environment: At Encore, a hybrid work environment means that team members will be able to work both in our office and remotely; however, all team members will have to be on site in our Auburn Hills, MI office for regular training and other business considerations. This is not a fully remote opportunity.

Requirements:

Strong sense of urgency
Expert professional communicator, verbally and in writing
A passion to provide exceptional client service
Excellent technical skills, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
Must be comfortable with receiving feedback and coaching
A property & casualty license is preferred, but will assist exceptional candidates with the education and licensing process
Career minded vision
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
Ability to handle change
Confidence, poise and graceful under pressure
