Responsibilities: • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Real estate license or pursuing required • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
